Leadership Team
St. Mary's Leadership Team works collaboratively to support the school's mission and core values across all areas of the school. The Leadership Team works together to operationalize the School's strategic plan and support each other in their respective administrative roles. Timothy E. Davis, Jr. P'20'22, Chair
Ted is President and CEO of BioTissue Holdings, Inc. He has served as a deacon at Second Presbyterian Church, a volunteer coach with both Buzzards and No Excuse lacrosse, and a St. Mary’s capital campaign volunteer. He received his BE in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and his MBA in Finance, Economics, Healthcare from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. Ted and his wife, Lyle, are the parents of Mason '20, Carrington '22, and Tucker.
Susan Whitten Graber ’86, Vice Chair
Susan Whitten Graber ’86 is the Director of the St. Mary’s Community Fund, an Upper School philanthropic organization. She is also a Fellow for Facing History and Ourselves, an international educational nonprofit that develops curriculum and conducts teacher professional development. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and African Studies from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology and Research from the University of Memphis. She previously taught middle school social studies and religion at St. Mary’s and served as the Assistant Chaplain and Service Learning Coordinator.
Susan is the recipient of the 2005 Nanette Quinn Outstanding Teacher Award, an award given to a St. Mary’s teacher “whose passion, dedication, and excellence in all matters are manifested daily in the classroom and hallways of St. Mary’s.” In 2018, Susan received the Gold Cross Award, the highest honor given to a member of St. Mary’s faculty or staff. Susan and her husband Blair have three adult sons, Anthony, Nathan, and David.
Joelle Rogin P'25'27, Treasurer
Joelle is a Senior Vice President at Pinnacle Financial Partners. She has served on the boards of the Exchange Club, the Urban Art Commission, and RISE Foundation. She has been an active volunteer and member of the Memphis Rotary Club, the Junior League of Memphis, and the St. Mary’s Parents’ Association Board. Joelle is a New Memphis Institute Fellow and was chosen by the Memphis Business Journal as a “Top 40 Under 40.” She earned her BA from Dartmouth College and her MBA from Vanderbilt University, Owen Graduate School of Management. Joelle has two daughters at St. Mary’s, Wallis ’25 and Evans ’27.
Roberta Nevil Kustoff P'24, Secretary
Roberta has practiced law since earning her Juris Doctor in 1998 at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. She now serves as a board member for the State of Tennessee Board of Parole. Roberts is the Corresponding Secretary of the Purdue Center of Hope, Liaison for the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary Board, and is a member of the Congressional Club Museum and Foundation. Roberta also serves on Parents Associations for both St. Mary’s and St. Dominic Schools. She is a member of the Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations, the Association of Women Attorneys of Memphis, and the Memphis Estate Planning Council. She has also volunteered through Subsidium. Roberta and her husband David are the parents of Jake and St. Mary’s student Maggie ‘24.

Wendy Pritchartt Ansbro ‘79 P'09
Wendy spends numerous hours volunteering with various organization. She is co-chair of the St. Jude Ride Memphis, works on the More Idlewild Capital Campaign, is past chair of the Junior League of Memphis Crystal Ball, and is past chair of Grace-St. Luke's Anchor Auction. She has served as an Elder at Idlewild Presbyterian Church and a past board member of the Junior League, and is a member of The Little Garden Club of Memphis. After graduating from St. Mary's, Wendy attended Southern Methodist University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees. Wendy and her husband, Edwin, are the parents of Elizabeth '09, and son, Will.
James H. Barton, Jr. P'25
Jim Barton retired as Head of Risk Management at Southeastern Asset Management in 2021 after 23 years and is now President of Barton Advisory Partners, which focuses on advising and investing in private companies. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He has served on the boards and executive committees of Arts Memphis, Youth Villages, Peer Power Foundation, and Memphis University School. Jim and his wife, Alison, have three children, Ali ’25, James, and Annsley.
Jeffrey Block P'24'26
Jeffrey is Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Ideal Chemical & Supply Co. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration from Columbia University. He is a member of the Church of the Holy Communion, where he has served as a Vestry member and Stewardship Chair. Jeffrey is also known as Coach Block. In his spare time, he coaches Lower School Lacrosse at Memphis University School, his alma mater, where he received the 2015 Volunteer of the Year Award. Jeffrey and his wife, Christina, have two daughters who attend St. Mary's, Josie '24 and Amelia '26.
Susan Roberts Colpitts ’75
Susan Roberts Colpitts ’75 retired from a career as a CPA, financial advisor, and entrepreneur. She lives in Norfolk, Virginia, as well as the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Colpitts is an owner and the Business Manager of Ghent Montessori School in Norfolk. In addition, she teaches mindfulness meditation and is the Founder and co-Executive Director of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program Alumni Association. Susan is on the board of United Way of South Hampton Roads and serves as the Chair of United for Children, a collective impact initiative. She also serves on the board of iThrive Games Foundation and on the Norfolk Department of Social Services Advisory Committee. She is the founder of Signature Family Wealth Advisors (now a part of Brown Advisory) as Chief of Client Experience and an expert in the technical areas of financial, tax, trust, and estate planning. Research magazine recognized her as one of five members of the 2012 Advisor Hall of Fame; likewise, the United Way of South Hampton Roads acknowledged Susan as the 2011 Volunteer of the Year, and the YWCA of South Hampton Roads honored her as a Woman of Distinction in finance in 2009. In 2004, Worth magazine identified Susan as one of the 100 top wealth advisers in the country. In 2021, Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities recognized her with their Humanitarian Award. Colpitts and her husband Norman are the parents of three adult daughters.
Mikara Davis
Mikara is a school leadership consultant and coach and founder of Educational Equity for ALL, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA. She recently served as the founding Chief Academic Officer for KIPP Los Angeles, where she developed and managed leaders and ensured that academic excellence was the center of the developing region. Mikara earned a B.A. in Theatre and Government from the University of Virginia, and received a double Masters in Administrative Policy and another in Bilingual Education from Columbia University: Teachers College. Mikara and her husband, Shawn, have two daughters, Sophia and Sarah, and a son, Noah.
Michele Ehrhart P’27
Michele Ehrhart, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at the University of Memphis, is a seasoned communications and marketing executive with experience leading reputation management for a global Fortune 50 company. Throughout her three-decade career, she led teams of professionals to deliver award-winning communications campaigns. She is also the CEO of Hart Communications. Ehrhart has a bachelor’s degree in broadcast communications from Austin Peay State University and an MBA from the University of Memphis. She currently serves on the board of the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital Foundation. Ehrhart and her husband, Ryan, are
parents of Lauren ’27 and Brady.
James R. Jenkins P'25
Jim is Managing Director of Jenkins Global Capital Management LLC. He received his BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he received the Regent’s Scholar Award, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, where he was awarded the Amoco Scholar Award. He has served on the boards of Collage Dance Collective, James R and Anita Horne Jenkins Family Foundation, Monogram Foods, and Porter-Leath. Jim has two children, Phoebe '25 and son, James. He is married to Leslie.
Lawrence Jensen P’05’10 G’32’34’36
Larry is Chairman and Principal of Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Advisors. During his more than 40-year career in commercial real estate, industry peers have recognized him as Commercial Broker of the Year, Office Broker of the Year, and Office Leasing Broker of the Year. He was recently elected to the Memphis Commercial Council Hall of Fame. Larry currently serves on the National Board of Directors for Ducks Unlimited. Larry served on the St. Mary’s Board of Trustees from 2008-2012 and as Vice-Chair in 2011. He currently serves on the Tennessee State Board of Education representing the Eighth Congressional District. He also serves on the University of Memphis Board of Visitors and the Fogelman College of Business Board of Advisors. He was President of Memphis Tomorrow, Chair of the Methodist Healthcare Foundation, and the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences Chancellor’s Roundtable. He is a founding member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of Shelby Farms Park Conservancy, where he served as Vice-Chair and Committee Chair for park operations. Larry and his wife Leesa are the parents of three children – Grace Jensen Knight ’05 (St. Mary's Admission Event Coordinator and mom of Mary '32), Luke Jensen (dad of Lila '34), and Mary Jensen Nease '10 (St. Mary’s Nurse and mom of Nora '36).
Hallie Dinkelspiel Label ‘94
Hallie Dinkelspiel Label ‘94 is the Founder and CEO of Expect Equity. Prior to founding Expect Equity, she was Chief Operating Officer of Rock Springs Capital from 2014 to 2021, a healthcare-focused hedge fund based in Baltimore. Before that, Label was a Principal at Menlo Park, CA-based Makena Capital where she had responsibility for the $3.5B global equities portfolio, including investments in long-only funds, long-short equity funds, and public-private hybrid funds. Earlier in her career, she selected equity managers at Hall Capital Partners and has also been an analyst at a hedge fund and a junior equity associate at a mutual fund company.
She has an A.B. in economics from Princeton University where she played soccer and rugby and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a Trustee of McDonogh School and serves as a mentor to the next generation of financial leaders through the Ceresa Mentorship Program. Label lives in the Baltimore area with her husband and three children, Henry, Sam, and Katie.
Frances Kirkland Lawhead P’30’31
Frances Kirkland Lawhead, MD, is board-certified in dermatology and micrographic dermatologic surgery and partner at Memphis Dermatology Clinic. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Department of Dermatology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC). Lawhead graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville as a Whittle Scholar in the Honors Program. A member of Alpha Omega Alpha, she completed her medical degree, internship, and dermatology residency at UTHSC, followed by her fellowship in Mohs surgery and procedural dermatology at the University of Florida. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology and American College of Mohs Surgery as well as a member of the American and Tennessee Medical Associations and the Tennessee and Memphis Dermatology Societies. Lawhead has served on St. Mary’s Athletic Task Force since 2020. She is an active member at Idlewild Presbyterian Church and has volunteered as a girls’ youth basketball coach since 2018. Lawhead and her husband, Jake, are the parents of Sadie ’30 and Iris ’31.
Anne-Morgan Brookfield Morgan '99 P'29'32
Anne-Morgan, a St. Mary’s graduate, attended the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi where she earned her BS in International Business. Anne-Morgan is currently an Executive Sales Representative for Eli Lilly & Company. She has served on the Church of Holy Communion Vestry and several St. Mary’s committees including the Early Childhood Head Selection Committee, the Annual Fund, and the Capital Campaign Committee. She has served as an Episcopal Youth Advisor and worked with Books from Birth, Alzheimer’s Association, and More-than-a Meal Youth Villages. Anne-Morgan was the recipient of the Eli Lilly and Company President’s Council Award and the Corre Anding Stegall National Leadership Award. Anne-Morgan and her husband, Michael, have two children, Anne Elise '29 and Mary Brooks '32.
Elvira R. Ormseth P'24
Elvira is a Spanish instructor at Binghampton Christian Academy. She serves on the Board of the Children’s Museum of Memphis where she was an award recipient for a CMOM Executive Committee member. Elvira earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Loyola University in New Orleans and studied at the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Washington. Elvira and her husband, Eric, have two sons, George and Benjamin, and a daughter, Erica '24.
Lisa Breazeale Roberts ’85
Lisa Breazeale Roberts ’85 is a community volunteer committed to improving the lives of children and families. She currently serves on the board and executive committee of Samaritan Counseling Center and on St. Mary’s Alumnae Board. Roberts has served as President of the Junior League of Memphis, President of St. Mary’s Parents Association, a member of the Vestry at Church of the Holy Communion, a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Baby Rocker at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, and a part of the University of Richmond President’s Parents Leadership Council. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duke University. Roberts and her husband, Ken, are the parents of Chandler Roberts Cummins ’12, Evelyn ’18, and their late son Jackson.
Monica Skipper P'21
Monica is Vice President, Brand Experience Marketing for FedEx Services. She volunteers with FedEx Cares and United Way, and as a branding consultant for the Red Cross, the Church Health Center, and Morarka Organic of India. She has served as a deacon and board member at Lindenwood Christian Church. Monica contributed to the industry-leading books Shift Ahead: How the Best Companies Stay Relevant in a Fast-Changing World by Allen Adamson and Joel Steckel and Designing Brand Identity by Alivia Wheeler. In addition, she has written articles for Amex Open Forum, “Be It Before You Say It,” and “The Essence of Branding.” Monica earned her BBA in Marketing with a concentration in Advertising and Mass Communication and her MBA in Marketing from the University of Memphis. Monica and her husband, David, have a daughter, Ansley '21.
Mary Katherine Stout P'29
Mary Katherine is a community volunteer who is Chairman of the Board's Trustees & Governance Committee. She also volunteers in the SHINE ministry at Second Presbyterian Church where she is a member. She has co-chaired the St. Mary's Parents Association Turkeys Take Care and Gobble Gear committees and has previously served on the boards of Hope House, the Memphis Leadership Foundation, and Su Casa Family Ministries. Mary Katherine earned her BBA from the University of Mississippi and her JD from Washington and Lee University. She and her husband, Elmer, have a daughter, Sarah Taylor '29.
Jennilyn Jennings Utkov ’77
Jennilyn is Vice President Community Outreach for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. After receiving her nursing degree, she began her career at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital Emergency Department. She has 25 years of experience in healthcare marketing and communications in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She returned to Le Bonheur in 2005 where she led the hospital’s marketing and communications efforts for 10 years. Jennilyn assumed responsibility for Methodist Le Bonheur’s community programs in 2015. Jennilyn is an active member of The Church of the Holy Communion, a member of St. Mary’s Alumnae Board, and the Junior League of Memphis. She serves on the boards of Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital Foundation and Methodist Le Bonheur Community Outreach. Jennilyn has two adult sons, George and Nathan.
David Visinsky P’26’29
David Visinsky is a Managing Director at Stifel Financial Corporation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Southern Methodist University and an MBA at Vanderbilt University. Visinsky is an active member of Church of the Holy Communion and currently serves on the Diocese Finance Committee. He has served the Diocese for many years as an executive committee member, treasurer, and clerk. Visinsky and his wife, Kendall, are the parents of Leighton ’26 and Carter ’29.
Hallie McNeill Ward P'25
Hallie is an active community volunteer who has served on the boards of Shelby County Books from Birth and the Junior League of Memphis. She volunteers at Independent Presbyterian Church and coaches soccer at Church of the Holy Communion. She has been honored as a Junior League of Memphis Community Volunteer of the Year, and she was inducted into the Rhodes College Athletic Hall of Fame twice — as an individual and as a member of the women’s soccer team. Hallie earned her BA from Rhodes College, where she majored in History and received her teaching credentials. Hallie and her husband Jason have a daughter, McCall '25 and a son, Phillip.

Linda McNeil
Linda McNeil has over 25 years of fundraising experience and has served as the chief fundraiser for some of Memphis’ most prominent organizations. Her career began at LeMoyne-Owen College, where she refined her skills in the offices of Alumni Affairs and Institutional of Advancement. Today, she serves as a nonprofit consultant for Gaskill Strategies, providing invaluable fundraising, communications, and strategic planning counsel to a diverse range of clients, including Binghampton Christian Academy, Collage Dance Collective, Code Crew, Foundation Fighting Blindness, Memphis Botanic Gardens, Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, and Mid-South Food Bank, among others. Linda’s significant contributions to the nonprofit and fundraising community have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Association of Fundraising Professionals Crystal Award for Fundraising Executive of the Year in 2011 and the Tri-State Defender’s Women of Excellence in 2015. In 2021, Linda was bestowed with the Memphis Grizzlies 2021 HBCU Empowerment Awards in recognition of her positive impact on the Memphis community. In 2022, she was named one of the Memphis Business Journal’s Superwomen in Business. Linda’s commitment to the nonprofit sector extends beyond her professional endeavors. In addition to her role on the St. Mary’s board, she serves on the Board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Memphis Chapter. Additionally, she is a member of the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis’ Grantmaking Committee. Recently, Linda chaired the Memphis City Council HBCU Scholarship Committee, which awarded over $1M in scholarships to high school seniors and college students attending an HBCU in the fall of 2023. In addition to her impressive professional achievements, Linda is also a published author. Her book of short stories, The Nonprofit Adventures of Amber Reed, draws inspiration from her work in the fundraising profession and provides a unique perspective on the challenges and triumphs of nonprofit work.
