Payment Plans & Optional Fees

St. Mary's offers families three tuition payment plans:

One Payment Plan — After payment of the deposit, 100% of the remaining tuition and fees may be paid anytime before June 15, 2017.

Two Payment Plan — After payment of the deposit, 70% of the remaining tuition is due June 15, 2017 and the final 30% is due on November 15, 2017.

Ten Payment Plan —Total tuition is paid in 10 equal monthly installments by direct bank withdrawal from your checking or savings account from June-April on the 15th of each month. No withdrawal is made in January. An origination fee of 5% is added to the amount of tuition financed, and the Tuition Refund Plan is required.

Optional Fees

Tuition Refund Plan (TRP)* 1.2% of tuition

*Required for all new students, families using the 10 month payment plan, and all financial aid recipients. TRP helps protect against a financial loss in the event a student must withdraw from school during the course of the year. Click here to download the TRP information and form.

A 24-hour worldwide student accident plan that reimburses parents directly for expenses incurred from an accident up to $1000 per incident. Covers student from August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017, no matter where accident occurs. Click here to download the SAP information and form.

Financial Aid

St. Mary's administers more than $1 million annually in financial aid based on demonstrated need as determined by the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS), an impartial service located in Princeton, New Jersey. Applicants who are interested in financial aid must submit a Parents' Financial Statement to SSS and a current Federal Tax Form 1040 to St. Mary's.

Financial aid is funded from interest income from the School's endowment and from contributions. A financial aid packet containing information and forms may be requested from the Admission Office.

Financial aid applications are due by December 1 for current families and January 1 for new applicants. If you have specific questions about the financial aid process, please contact Director of Admission Nicole Hernandez at 901-537-1465 or via email.
