The national average for independent school parent participation is 66%. St. Mary's reached 92% in 2011-2012 thanks to a $90,000 challenge for 90% participation. This year we have a $50,000 challenge to sustain participation at 92%.
We are especially proud of parents of last year's Pre-K, second and eleventh grades; they led the way last year by reaching 100% participation from parents in those classes.
