Mourning A Friend

We’re saddened to report that beloved former faculty member Peggy Virginia O’Sullivan died July 12.
O’Sullivan taught at St. Mary's for 32 years, from 1953 – 1990, in the English department and in the Library. She was sponsor of the Carillion from 1961-1976, and was recipient of the Outstanding Teacher Award in 1965 and the Gold Cross in 1990.
The funeral for is Monday, July 16, 1:00 p.m. in Quilling Chapel (the side chapel) at Church of the Holy Communion, preceded by a 12:00 Visitation in Cheney Parish Hall at the church.
