Any communications/media incorporating the St. Mary's name, logos, or communicating school-related information must be approved by the Communications Department. This includes invitations, stationery, letterhead, letters, flyers, posters, banners, signs, publications, t-shirts, items sold for fund raising, Gobble Gear merchandise, and anything created by coaches, faculty, staff, parents, or students with the St. Mary's name, logo, or athletic logo. All St. Mary's t-shirts and clothing items that have a logo, including athletics, or the school name must be approved by the Communications Department.  Please contact us for logos and a current Style Guide.

Website, Newsletter, and School App
Please contact Director of Communications, Lacey Hibbard (537-1426), to have an item posted on the school’s website, information added to the all-school newsletter, or content loaded on the St. Mary's app. Please note that content submissions are subject to approval and may be edited for clarity and grammatical accuracy.

St. Mary's Communications Department strives to provide up-to-date information on a routine basis to students and parents. Parents are reminded and encouraged to use the school website to access the school calendar and My BackPack for grades and schedules. Our new school app will serve as a primary means of communication between St. Mary's and students and parents for the upcoming 2018-2019 academic year.  Search the App store on your smart phone for St. Mary's Episcopal School and look for the "SMS" icon.

St. Mary's All-School Handbook has been specifically written and designed to answer questions and assist parents with information on school policies and division information that can be used on a daily basis. These are linked year-round under "Academics" by division on our website.

School news is communicated via a weekly all-school newsletter, the St. Mary's website, and communication from school to home when necessary.

Please follow these simple guidelines when submitting a photo or story:
First coordinate with the Director of Communications when you have a press submission or story idea. You may email your photo or story to Lacey Hibbard and the school will be responsible for the communication and media.  Please send high-resolution images with your content.
