St. Mary's Students Take the Top Prize at Art Awards

Three student art pieces

Seven St. Mary’s students were honored by the Mid-South Scholastic Art Awards. The annual competition, hosted by the Brooks Museum of Art, recognizes exemplary art by students in grades 7-12.

Students representing over 100 schools in East Arkansas, West Tennessee, and North Mississippi submit work to the juried student art contest. Submissions are judged on their technical skill, originality, and the emergence of a personal voice.

Three St. Mary’s students received Gold Key honors: Caroline Chandler ’26, Ava Dombroski ’28, and Ellis Rougeou ’24. Their work will be displayed in an exhibition at the Brooks. A complete list of honorees is included below. Congratulations to our students for their excellent submissions.
