Professional Development

St. Mary's actively fosters a culture of lifelong learning among its faculty and staff. Teachers engage in collaborative practices by observing each other's classes, discussing educational methodologies, visiting diverse educational institutions, and attending conferences. Funding and release time are frequently accessible to support professional endeavors, including graduate studies, seminars, workshops, conferences, and meetings. These opportunities aim to stimulate professional growth, reignite enthusiasm, and invigorate the exchange of ideas within and across departments.
