Leadership

St. Mary's Leadership Team works collaboratively to support the school's mission and core values across all areas of the school. The Leadership Team works together to operationalize the School's strategic plan and support each other in their respective administrative roles. The team is led by the Head of School and comprises directors of admission and financial aid, athletics, communications, Belonging, finance, operations, philanthropy, technology, and our academic divisions.
