Submit Your Application

Submit your application through our online portal. We offer rolling admission for grades with space available.

• Required Forms – Parent and Student Statements, Teacher Recommendations, and Transcript Requests
• Tuition Assistance – Priority deadline for tuition assistance is January 15, with $1.9 million in annual aid available based on demonstrated need.

Schedule Readiness Assessments

• Early Childhood and Lower School: Readiness assessments are scheduled for applicants through 4th grade beginning in January. Appointments can be booked through the admission portal.
• Middle and Upper School: For students applying to grades 5-12, St. Mary's will accept either MAP testing or scores from the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE).  If your daughter's current school conducts MAP testing, we can request her scores when we send her transcript request.  St. Mary's offers a group test for MAP in January.  If you are interested in registering for MAP testing with St. Mary's, please email Christy Barzizza after you have submitted your daughter's admission application, and we will send you instructions on how to register for testing.

Receive Your Admission Decision

Admission decisions and tuition assistance decisions are sent out by mid-February. We will continue rolling admission after that date as space allows.

Enrollment Deadline: March 1

To secure your daughter’s place at St. Mary’s, submit the enrollment contract and deposit by March 1.
