Once you have created your account, you can book a tour time that works for you.  If you don’t see a time that works for you, please email the contact listed below to find a time that works for you.

The priority deadline for applications is December 15. We will continue to accept applications after this date in grades where spaces remain available.

To secure your daughter’s space in her class, the enrollment contract and deposit are due by March 1.

Yes! St. Mary's administers more than $1.9 million annually in need-based tuition assistance. St. Mary's uses Clarity to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application. To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete.

Priority applications for Tuition Assistance are due by December 1 for current families and January 15 for new applicants. Applications will continue to be accepted after this date as long as funding remains available.

Beginning in 1st Grade, St. Mary’s students wear uniforms. Our uniforms can be ordered through Flynn O’Hara.  In the Early Childhood Center, students are encouraged to wear play clothes.

The Middle and Upper School community gathers daily in Church of the Holy Communion for worship according to the Book of Common Prayer, while the younger students attend weekly chapel services that are age-appropriate. St. Mary's seeks to be an Episcopal School where love and respect for others are demonstrated through respectful behavior and service learning. In such a community, acts of kindness and community service are expected.

Early Childhood: Classrooms open for all ECC girls at 7:30 a.m. An early drop-off is available beginning at 7:15 a.m. on the Marlene R. Shaw Early Childhood Center porch. Noon carpool (SMP-JK) will run from noon to 12:15 p.m. Carpool gates will open at 11:45 a.m. SMP-SK afternoon girls will dismiss for carpool at 3:00 p.m.

Lower School: Classrooms open for students at 7:50 a.m. The school day begins at 8:00 a.m. An early drop-off is available beginning at 7:15 a.m. Class begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. School dismisses at 3:00 p.m.

Middle and Upper School: Students may arrive on campus beginning at 7:15 a.m. Class starts at 7:50 a.m., and school is dismissed at 3:15 p.m.
