After3 and Special Care Days
Our After3 program is available for St. Mary's girls from St. Mary's Place (2 years) through 12th grade, starting on Tuesday, August 16 and continuing every day school is regularly in session until the last full day of school in May. All After3 students receive a snack and engage in activities such as indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, reading, and more. Lower and Middle School students have designated homework time in a supervised, structured environment. The After3 program begins at 3:15 p.m. and ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. Late fees apply for students picked up after 6:00 p.m.
Auxiliary Programs also offers Special Care Days for our girls while school is not regularly in-session such as Faculty In-Service and Parent-Teacher Conferences. Pre-registration is always required on Special Care Days; there is no drop-in availability. Dining services are not available during these days so girls must bring a lunch; a snack will be provided.

Note: St. Mary's girls are always welcome to come to After3 on a drop-in basis whenever regular care is offered. There are no drop-in options for Special Care Days.
Policies and Procedures
GENERAL INFORMATION
All policies and procedures expressed in the St. Mary’s Student Handbook apply to After3. Any questions should be addressed to the Director of Auxiliary Programs, Jenny Madden.
To register online, please visit Ultra Camp. If you haven’t done so before, please create a complete profile for your family. You can register for care as well as make payments through this site. You may also contact Briana Morrow, Assistant Director of Auxiliary Programs, via email or by phone at 901-537-1415 for registration and to make payments.
The North Campus After3 Line (from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.) is 901-537-3149. The South Campus After3 Line is 901-537-1431 (Morrow Room).
PICK UP PROCEDURES
On both campuses, girls must be signed out at the After3 desks by an authorized pickup person. North Campus girls are picked up at the After3 doors, located on the south side of the Early Childhood Center. South Campus girls are picked up outside of the Morrow Room, between Garrott Hall and the Buckman Performing Arts Center.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
After3 closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. Students not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will be charged $2.00 per minute for the first 10 minutes, and then $5.00 per minute for each additional minute. All late fees are due at the time of pick-up.
HOLIDAYS AND INCLEMENT WEATHER
After3 will not be available on school holidays or days that the school is closed due to hazardous weather conditions.

Faculty In-Service
Auxiliary Programs will provide care for girls in SMP - 5th grade on the north campus during Faculty In-Service. Registration is required; there will be no drop-ins. Please bring a lunch and a water bottle; a snack will be provided.
