If your child is enrolled in a morning camp and not early care, you will drop off in the 8:30 a.m. carpool and pick up from the 11:30 a.m. carpool. If your child is only enrolled in an afternoon camp, you will drop off at the 12:00 p.m. carpool. If your child is enrolled in a camp until 3:00 p.m. and you are not utilizing after-care, you will pick up in the 3:00 p.m. carpool. Picking up your child from camp prior to 3:00 p.m. must be done with advance notice to the Auxiliary Programs staff.
After Care is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Early Childhood Center. Late fees will apply for campers not picked up by 5:30 p.m. Campers not picked up by 5:30 p.m. will be charged $2.00 per minute for the first 10 minutes, and then $5.00 per minute for each additional minute. All late fees are due at the time of pick-up. If you are late picking your camper up on two occasions, we are no longer able to offer aftercare to your child.
