$20 per day

Note: St. Mary's girls are always welcome to come to After3 on a drop-in basis whenever regular care is offered. There are no drop-in options for Special Care Days.

Girls must be signed out by an authorized pickup person at designated locations:

• North Campus: Pick up in front of the Early Childhood Center.
• South Campus: Pick up outside the Morrow Room, between Garrott Hall and the Buckman Performing Arts Center.

After3 closes promptly at 5:30 p.m. Late pick-ups will incur additional fees:

• $2 per minute for the first 10 minutes.
• $5 per minute for each additional minute thereafter.

Fees are due at the time of pick-up.

After3 is not available on school holidays or when the school closes due to hazardous weather conditions.

Register online via UltraCamp:

• Create or update your family profile to begin registration.
• Manage payments and sign up for classes within the platform.

Please note:

• Students must attend school for the full day to participate in Specialty Classes.
• For Early Childhood students dismissed at noon, we offer two special noon class options.

• Please contact Briana Morrow at 901.537.1415 if you need to cancel a class in advance.
• A minimum of 10 days' notice must be given to receive a refund, less the non-refundable deposit.
• Refunds are not given after a program begins, except in cases of illness or emergency communicated before the program start.
• No refunds will be given to those students who choose not to attend class. If you choose to cancel a class outside of the 10-day window, we will issue a credit to your UltraCamp account to use for future reservations.
• No credits will be issued if you cancel a Single Day Class or Friday Fling the day of the event.
• Confirmation of class registration will be sent to you via email along with your pick-up information, and the class MUST be paid in full by the start date to attend.
• Classes with insufficient enrollment are subject to cancellation with a full refund. Advance notice will be provided to those registered.
   

Students are expected to adhere to the policies of St. Mary’s Episcopal School. We reserve the right to dismiss from the program (without refund) any student whose behavior becomes unmanageable. Students and campers are not allowed to be unsupervised on campus and are expected to be neatly and properly dressed. The use or possession of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products is not allowed, and any students in possession of such items will be expelled from the program, and the appropriate authorities will be contacted, and no refund will be given.

Auxiliary Programs at St. Mary’s offers Special Care Days for our girls while school is not regularly in-session such as First Day of School, Parent-Teacher Conferences, Faculty In-Service, and Exam Week. Pre-registration is always required on Special Care Days; there is no drop-in availability. Dining services are not available during these days so girls must bring a lunch; a snack will be provided.
