Applications for all grades are welcome at any time, and December 1, 2019 is our application priority deadline. Applications submitted after December 1 will be accepted on a space-available basis.
You'll need to create an account to get started, and there is a $75 application fee. If you prefer putting pen to paper, you can download an application. We will also need to receive the following forms from you.
- Release Form (if applicable)
- Parent Confidential Statement
- Student Questionnaire (5th-12th grade applicants only)
- Immunization Records and Birth Certificate
St. Mary's Place - 5th Grade
Once your application is on file, we will contact you to schedule a January assessment date.
6th Grade - 12th Grade
Once your application is on file, we will contact you to schedule a January interview appointment with the appropriate division head.
We recommend taking the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) in December or early January so we can receive the scores as close to the December 1 deadline as possible. The St. Mary's school code is 431462.
