BEHAVIORAL POLICY
Students are expected to adhere to the policies of St. Mary’s Episcopal School at all times while on campus. We reserve the right to dismiss from the program (without refund) any student whose behavior becomes unmanageable.
PICK-UP PROCEDURES
Only adults designated on the registration form will be permitted to pick up children from the program. Written authorization is required for pick up by someone other than those listed on the registration form. The parent or authorized adult to whom the child is being released must sign the child’s time sheet and record the time.
Your child must remain on campus to participate in after school auxiliary programs. If your child is checked out of school for any reason during the day, they must be checked back into their division's office before dismissal in order to participate in After3. For Special Care Days, your child may only be checked in and checked out once per day.
Pick-up from After3 on North Campus is always at the desk located outside of the cafeteria located in the Shaw Early Childhood Center. Pick-up from After3 on South Campus is always at the desk inside the library in Windland Smith Rice.
LATE FEE/PICK-UP POLICY
Students should be picked up promptly at 6:00 p.m. Parents will be charged a fee of $2 per minute for the first 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, a late fee of $5 per minute will be charged. All late fees must be paid at the time of pick-up. If a student is picked-up late more than three times in a semester, St. Mary’s Auxiliary Programs reserves the right to dismiss that student from the After3 program.
